All promotional offers are subject to availability and are limited time only.
If you are returning an order that contains a free gift you will need to return the free gift in an unopened, unused condition to gain a full refund of your order. If the free gift is not included in the return the value of this item will be deducted from your refund.
All promotional offers, unless clearly stated, exclude: Already marked down prices i.e Sale Items, Delivery charges, Professional extensions, Influencer Specials & Brand Collaborations.
Sexy Head Hair reserves the right to terminate this discount without notice.
11. Waiver
If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
Terms of Sale
1. Policy Scope
This policy sets out the terms of sale for the following websites:

We reserve the right to amend this Terms of Sale Policy. The Terms of Sale Policy was most recently updated on 30th August 2024.
2. Delivery
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the address has been entered fully and correctly at checkout. Once an order has been placed, we cannot amend the address due to a strict shipping schedule nor can we cancel the order.
If a delivery has been unsuccessful or the order has been refused delivery this will come back to the SexyHead Hair Extensions warehouse and a refund will automatically be issued. We will not redeliver any parcels once they have been returned.
Some parcels may automatically go to a pickup shop where you will be required to collect the parcel along with a form of your identification
3. Colour Matching Service
Whilst we endeavour to give the best advice via email or WhatsApp, the company will not be held responsible for any disparity in colour matching. As the hair is a natural product all batches will differ in colour.
For our colour match service, we require 3-4 images of the hair in natural light without the use of any filters, along with the method of extension required.
Our Colour Matching service is a guide only.
Please be informed that our Clip-Ins & Ponytails may vary in colour from our professional range.
Once a Colour Match has been completed and approved by the customer, all sales are considered final. Due to the personalised nature of this service and hygiene regulations surrounding hair extensions, refunds are not available after colour match approval.
We strongly recommend reviewing your match carefully before confirming your order.
4. Discount Codes & Promotions
Discount codes are not valid on sale items or certain product lines unless otherwise stated. Some discount codes are not valid in conjunction with any other code, promotional offer or free gift with a purchase. Any promotional items or gifts with purchase are subject to availability. The gifts are automatically added to the basket if applicable. Any items which are purchased with a promotional free gift must be returned in order to receive a full refund for the original item purchased. We reserve the right to refund the difference in the value of the gift with purchase.
5. Afterpay, Zip Pay & Paypal
Orders placed using the AfterPay, Zip Pay & PayPal services can take up to 7 days to be processed. Please allow at least 72 hours before contacting us regarding your order.
