It's most important to us that your are happy with your extensions, so we offer a 30 day return/exchange from the date received for any hair extension product that is still in its original ties and packaging.
We DO NOT accept refunds or returns if:
• the hair has been taken out of its original ties, you will be unable to return the product for a refund or exchange.
• you wash, colour or tamper with the hair in any way it cannot be returned/exchanged.
• the hair has been treated with any products containing Keratin, Proteins or Sulphate, you will not be able to return or exchange your product.
• a Colour Match service has been completed & approved by the customer, all sales are considered final due to the personalised nature of this service.
We strongly recommend reviewing your match carefully before confirming your order.We recommend you check your extensions immediately, keeping them in the original ties, and if you are unsatisfied, contact us via email at contact@sexyheadhair.com SexyHead Hair does not accept returns after 30 days of receiving your purchase.
We do not allow opened products to be returned due to hygiene purposes. We cannot refund or exchange an item that has been removed from its ties or tampered with in any way.
1. Retail Quality & Manufacturing Concerns:
• Unused/unopened hair being returned for inspection due to alleged quality or manufacturing concerns must be reported within 30 days of receiving & then returned within 7 days accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
• Used/Installed hair being returned for inspection due to alleged quality or manufacturing concerns must be reported within 15 days of installation or within 30 days of receiving (whichever comes first). It must be returned within 7 days accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
Any hair returned for inspection must be approved by the Quality Control department. Any goods received without the appropriate paperwork will not be processed until the correct paperwork is received. Hair must be returned to SexyHead Hair within 7 days of a complaint being received & approved. Once tested, if a manufacturers fault has been found, we will issue you a replacement or refund. This can take up to 14 days to process.
SexyHead will not issue any refunds or replacements until the original hair has come back for inspection.The goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach the SexyHead warehouse. Please ensure all items are packaged properly to avoid transit damages. Any returned goods that we receive which are outside of this Returns Policy will be defined as "In Dispute". Such In Dispute items will not be refunded or exchanged. A reason for this decision will be provided. We are happy to re-ship such In Dispute items back to you at your cost, otherwise, they will be destroyed within 60 working days from their receipt back to us.
SexyHead will not be held responsible for any additional expenses due to faulty goods e.g. removal or re-application costs. We strongly advise that a qualified professional applies and removes any professional hair extensions to prevent any issues with product, this should also include a signed consultation form before application.
2. Product Warranty
No returns will be accepted if the hair has been treated or maintained with products that contain Keratin, Proteins or Sulphate.
• Do not use shampoo and conditioner that contains any Protein, Sulphate, Keratin or high alcohol content.
• SexyHead will not replace any extensions that have had tape replacement used or any other bonding agent.
• We do not accept returns after the hair has been applied to the new wearer (unless a manufacturer’s fault). If this is the case, you will need to be following our warranty policy for us to consider an assessment of the hair.
• All hair is sold on the condition that the purchaser thoroughly checks the hair to ensure satisfaction with the quality BEFORE it is applied to the wearer and BEFORE the bands/ties are removed.
• Product guarantee does not cover improper application or treatment of any SexyHead Hair products.Please note: From time to time there may be slight variations in colours which are beyond our control but we will always aim to provide you with the most accurate product possible. SexyHead Hair will not accept returns due to change of mind after 30 days of receiving your purchase.
3. Professional/Wholesale:
As a SexyHead Hair stockist, it is the responsibility of the professional to educate their clients on the correct aftercare requirements & our warranty terms.
All hair is sold on the condition that the purchaser thoroughly checks the hair to ensure satisfaction with the quality BEFORE it is applied to the wearer and BEFORE the bands/ties are removed.
Returns or replacement requests will not be accepted after 30 days from the date you receive your purchase.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR ANY REFUND OR EXCHANGE, THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS MUST BE MET:
Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted if:
• The hair has been removed from its original ties or packaging.
• The hair has been washed, coloured, cut, toned, or chemically altered in any way.
• The hair has been treated with products containing keratin, protein, sulphates, or alcohols not recommended by SexyHead.
• The hair has been improperly installed, or inadequate aftercare has been provided to the client.

• A Wholesale Product Support Form must be submitted within 28 days of installation or within 35 days of receiving your purchase, whichever comes first.
• The Wholesale Product Support Form must have all sections correctly filled in including detailed descriptions, photos or videos.

SexyHead reserves the right to reject returns or replacements that do not meet these conditions or fall outside our return timeframes.
4. Hair Policies
Any concern with the hair must be reported to us via email to: contact@sexyheadhair.com within a maximum of 30 days after receiving your product.
Clips-ins & Ponytails are not professional products and are designed for occasional wear only. We suggest you wash the hair every 10-15 wears or when you notice product buildup or they feel greasy. If you require wearing extensions daily, please check our professional range. Clip-ins should not be altered in any way from their intended purpose. In doing so SexyHead Hair Extensions will not be held responsible for the outcome of the extensions.You must have proof of continuous aftercare purchases. Any hair returned to be tested for alleged quality issues must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase for both the extensions and aftercare.
Hair that is being returned to SexyHead Hair Extensions for inspection must be approved by the Quality Control department. Any goods received without the appropriate paperwork will not be processed until the correct paperwork is received within the specified timeframes.
Any colouring, toning including silver and purple shampooing or tinting of extensions is done entirely at the customer’s own risk and we will not test, refund or exchange any extensions that have been exposed to the above nor will we accept hair back that has been altered in any way including clip-ins. All hair extensions must be returned in the original product colour and format.
Goods are not considered faulty if their condition deteriorates due to poor hair management including heat damage, incorrect aftercare, or poor application. If no fault is present, or the hair has been damaged or coloured in any way, the goods will be returned to the customer at a cost, and we will not refund or replace the goods.Heat over 180 degrees should not be used on SexyHead Hair Extensions.
We do not guarantee the use of our hair extensions whilst on holiday/in warmer climates for various reasons, including discolouration of the hair when coming into contact with swimming pool chlorine and the hair drying out through excess heat. We strongly advise all customers using hair extensions to avoid both chlorine and seawater as this can damage hair and hair colour.
We require ALL the hair back within 7 days of the complaint being approved, this will then be examined and inspected by our dedicated Quality Control Department which can take up to 14 days. Once tested, if a fault has been found, we will issue you a replacement or refund.

4a. Colour Matching Service:
Please Note: Once a Colour Match has been completed and approved by the customer, all sales are considered final. Due to the personalised nature of this service and hygiene regulations surrounding hair extensions, refunds are not available after colour match approval.

5. Hair Discolouration
Hair extensions may change colour over time or due to environmental factors which can also include some standard beauty products and excessive heat.
Extra care should be taken to avoid the hair coming in contact with sun protection creams, oils, perfume and false tanning products.
Contact with such products will cause the hair to turn peach/pink or copper colour, this can also happen if the hair encounters high mineral content found mostly found in pool water and seawater, this is due to a chemical reaction that is not classed as a manufacturing fault.
