Introduction to Tape Extensions:
Understand the benefits of tape-in hair extensions, including their seamless, natural appearance and comfortable wear. Learn why this method is perfect for clients who want flexible, long-lasting results.

Tools & Products:
Get familiar with the essential tools and products used in tape-in extension application, including tape wefts, application tools, and proper adhesives.

Sectioning & Preparation:
Learn the best techniques for sectioning and preparing the natural hair for tape-in extension placement, ensuring a secure and comfortable fit.

Tape-In Application Technique:
Step-by-step instruction on how to properly apply tape-in extensions, from securing the weft close to the scalp to achieving a natural, blended finish.

Customising & Blending:
Discover how to match colours and textures to create a seamless look, and how to blend the extensions with your client’s natural hair for a flawless finish.

Maintenance & Aftercare:
Learn how to properly care for tape-in extensions to ensure longevity, including how to instruct clients on washing, styling, and avoiding damage.

Requirements

No prior experience necessary, though a basic understanding of hairstyling may be helpful.

We do recommend you find a live model to use on the day although it is not required as mannequin heads will be provided.

Duration:
4-5 hours.

Certification:
Upon completion, you will receive a certificate that validates your expertise in tape hair extension application.
